Unlike larger festivals, Dancing Tree Festival is a boutique, heart-centered event that focuses on authentic connection, local talent, and immersive experiences. Our festival is substance-free, family-friendly, and intentionally curated to foster meaningful relationships with yourself, your community, and the Earth.

We believe in the power of local artistry and healingโ€”which is why our lineup features mainly regional musicians, healers, movement facilitators, and teachers who bring their gifts to create a truly organic and homegrown experience.

โœจ A Grounded & Nourishing Experience
Dancing Tree Festival is a deeply rooted and grounded gathering, designed to feel like living in a village for a long weekend. Each day unfolds with immersive workshops, while the evenings transition into music, dance, and drumming around the fire.

Two community meals per day bring everyone together, offering a time to connect, share, and nourish both body and spirit.

๐ŸŒฑ What Makes Us Unique?
โœจ A more intimate settingโ€”with space to truly connect
โœจ Music & performances by local and regional artists
โœจ Daytime focus on workshops, embodiment practices & healing
โœจ Nights filled with live music, bonfire drumming & ecstatic dance
โœจ A village-like atmosphere with two shared community meals per day

๐ŸŒŠ Natureโ€™s Playground

Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, our festival space offers a pristine pond with a sandy beach, perfect for swimming and canoeing. Kids especially love playing in the water, making new friends, and exploring nature freely. Whether you’re taking a refreshing dip, lounging in the sun, or paddling across the pond, the water is a central part of the festival experience.
